Forcing myself out of complacency

Hello all! From what I have seen this is a great community and I have found many useful hints on here in the past. I have been taking photos for about 2 years now and I decided that I need to really put some effort into my photography and improve myself, I feel as if I have hit a bit of a wall with my technique. I thought this would be a great place to try and get some comments about my work.

I may start posting a photo a day on Flickr or something just to force me into critiquing my own work and improving it, but who cares I really enjoy going out and taking photos and that's all that matters to me really!

I thought of doing a 365 as well. My problem is that I just do not have time to shoot as often as I want.

Well I wasn't thinking of a 365, I was thinking more just publishing a photo every day regardless of when I took it. Maybe it's the lazy-mans 365
