Fresh out of the Darkroom

I have not posted anything since I started shooting film. So I broke down and decided to scan a few of my prints.

My scanner is HORRIBLE and is by no means a photo scanner. The real prints have much better contrast and tone. The blacks are richer and the whites are brighter. But I just thought i would share a few. Most were taken with Tmax 400 film and all are printed on Ilford resin coated paper.

a nice collection of prints.

watch your composition, in particular i don't like you cut of the edge (both left and right) of the first bottle shot.

on the scanning; if your own scanner is horrible, as you said, i would recommend going to your processing lab and let them do the scan, they should have a top of the line scanner to do justice to your prints.

I agree it bothered me too. I wish I would have pulled back more.

Thats a good suggestion on scanning. I'll have to try it
