Photos OK to edit
I took these photos last month the day after my friends got their new puppy.
This is my first post with photos.
C&C welcome and any comments on how I could have improved the photos :)

Focus is right where it belongs, i.e. right on the eyes, that is good. DOF is quite shallow ... gave you the chance to take photos indoors without the use of flash, you just went quite wide open, I assume ... and now to my eyes they all look a tad too bright, actually. The tongue in 2 is on the brink of losing all its detail, and of the two outdoor photos, parts of his fur are all blown.

Nevertheless, for these to be puppy photos (the only puppy I was ever asked to photograph was CONSTANTLY moving! Mostly so running towards me and my camera so I had to try keep the focus right - never worked, I might add! - AND get the camera, myself and my face into safety fast enough!) they are really good. The paws are missing in some and I miss them, I do, but other than that... Lucky friend to be having you as her friend, else she would not have photos of this quality.

Thanks you for all the comments LaFoto! I really appreciate it!
Questions about DOF though... what is the reason that I shouldn't have had such shallow DOF? (honestly, I dont know).
Thanks!
