I recently purchased a Nikon D3100 and I've been trying to teach myself as much as possible. Since I'm very new to photography, I figured I could learn a lot from a forum like this

Yeah, I try to be an early bird when possible (not this time however). I'm glad you're learning a lot here. I know I have. Without TPF, I'd still be taking snapshots (or maybe I still do).
