Am in Madrid for a few days where the weather was forecast to be wet, but so far (touches wood) is ok.

Terminal 4 of Madrid's International airport was designed by Richard Rogers and is a quite stunning building with lots of windows and light. They were cleaning the windows and is an unenviable task!

Went or a wander around Madrid this morning - pity it wasn't as nice weatherwise as yesterday but was busy straight from the airport.

A crossing button close to Atocha station: I have increased contrast and reduced saturation by 55% in one one and converted the other in Silver Efex

Sweet! Some nice shots... Have always wanted to visit Madrid!

The baby statues are a bit creepy in b&w!

The park picture is good, and I bet that avenue is photographed alot!

i like the walk button shot the best!

A good few more from Madrid.

The event I was working on was based in an old abattoir complex close t the river. They have the façades of the buildings standing and they are very grand:

Later I went for a wander round the centre of the city and had a great meal of Tapas and Paella. Some wonderful buildings between Anton Martin station and Plaza Mayor. The only problem is that the streets are quite narrow so impossible to take without distortion.
