Charlie, I HATE candy corn but there is something about that.....

I thought it had a almost 3D appearance, which was why I started playing with just one one "bokeh" point...

A first I thought more contrast was called for. However after seeing all the edits, I really like the first one even more! The blacks that are coming out just dont fit with the light snowy feel I got from the original. Depending on how the picture would be used (as a background like a pp mentioned) I would tone down the brighter spot, but as a stand alone piece, I actually quite like it! Although I might move it to a power point and make the subject of the photo.
Just my humble 2 cents.
