Missiles coming in at 10 o clock!

One fed-up goldfinch

Was not enjoying life at all - you could almost see it shivering.

The chaffinch had hail bouncil off of it - shook its head and kept feeding!

Takes more than a little snow to keep these off the feeder.

When it thawed - looked like Christmas lights in the birch.
Sorry - stayed behind glass - daft but not that daft!

Oh noooo! Look at that weather, after the nice spring-like temperatures you had!

The little bird doesn't look too happy in the first shot... I love the snowball and incoming missile captions. The bird in #3 and 4 looks like it's walking a slippery balance beam.
