FS: Canon 20D Starter Kit + Extras

First off, I'll apologize in advance that this is my first post, I know that it can look bad, given it is a first post. To be honest, I participate mostly over on dpreview, but have read threads here on occasion. I can provide Macrumors forums ID for verification/trust, as well as an Ebay ID if interested.

That aside, I'm looking to upgrade to the new 40D, so I am looking to sell my Canon 20D.

Here's the lot:
-Canon 20D (Under 5000 clicks, although for some reason the count jumped a while ago for some reason, and the latest images are coming out in the 6700 range. 10 being mint, I would say it is an 8.5. I had it serviced about a year ago, when it failed to turn on, and I believe they did a sensor cleaning then too. I replaced the original neck strap with a promaster, so that I wasn't broadcasting CANON DIGITAL
-18-55 Kit Lens (see pictures)
-Original Box/Manuals
-1GB CF Card
-Extra Canon Battery
-Lowepro backpack

I was hoping to get around $700 for lot, but am open to offers or corrections on the value.
