FS:fuji S1 & S2+ several nikon lenses

I'm switching to all Canon so I need to unload all my nikon stuff. Prices are somewhat negotiable and I can post pics if needed.

digital camera bodies:
Fuji S1 3.5 mgpxl SLR with nikon mount $650
Fuji S2 6.17 mgpxl SLR nikon mount $1400

Lenses(all AF):
nikon 50mm f1.4 $200 (excellant cond)
nikon 80-200 f2.8 $550 (excellant cond)
tamron 300mm f2.8 (manual) $600 (works perfect some use but clean glass)
tamron 70-300mm f4-5.6 $120 (basically new)
vivitar 19-35 f3.5-4.5 $100 (good cond w/clean glass)

I will also throw in a nice SB-28 flash with the S2 body.

Is the offer for the 80-200 F2.8 still good? Is it the two ring AF-D version?

I assume that 80-200/2.8 is AF-D and not AF-S?
