I think the second one works nicely. I really like the diagonal lines and the DoF

I don't like the composition of the first as much. There is also a little motion blur which is distracting because my eyes are always searching for something sharp

I agree with julius, the motion in the first one is a little overwhelming and the superior composition of second makes it all the more annoying. However, the second shot is very nice.
