Holy crap those eyes are freaky! But they match the rest of his, I mean her, I mean... Ummm outfit! Nice work!
My only critique would be that he is right smack dab in the middle of the shot, and that isn't always good. His nose is dead center and makes the perfect bullseye. I would crop it just a bit, to make him off center just a bit.
Other than that, good job!
