Okay Manda, you've got me! What is this???

Its an underground walkway/travelator that goes from the Domain up to Hyde Park.
Actually I think its main access is the Domain carpark. Along the walls are paintings of images of Sydney.
At the end there is this artwork piece of an Aboriginal man jailed inside the Harbour Bridge, very clever.
Bit tacky though!
