mmmm, if they are anything like sipa press you can call them up and they will ask to see a portfolio, maybe a album of cutouts from newspapers you've done. if they like your work they may send you a photographer agreement form, you fill it out send it back, and ftp files to them. Thats how it worked when i signed on with sipa at least. and they provide pretty much the same service . . . although quality control is a little different i'm sure. i plan on moving on to reuters next year, and think its not a bad idea to work for small papers, or someone like sipa in the meantime to get a good resume going.
