Good lens for a Canon eos K2?

I'm normally all digital but I'm taking a photo class for school now so I can get better at film. I have a Canon eos rebel K2 with a 28-90 f/4-f/5.6 already but I wanna get another lens for it.

I was just wondering if anyone had a good reccomendation. I'd like to not spend more than 250 but if it is a really good lens that is worth it I might go for it.

Canon EF 50mm F1.8

Although, you might be better served to just get a Nikon film body, so that you can use your Nikon lenses on it.
