Good Tripod under $100?

I need a compact tripod for under $100, perfer one with a adjustable head, but I will also look at some that are tripod only, I have a bogen 3047 head I could put on it, but its heavy.
I have a big Manfrotto, need a compact tripod for backpacking.

I just pick this one up at Christmas. I think its pretty light but it might be bigger than what you are looking for. I won't mind taking it on a short hike.

That might be good, says its about 20" long folded up? 3.5lbs? I think that could fit on my packpack easily.
