Gothic Church

[STL WRX]

I dont know why I find that religous things look dark to me, though I enjoy it. I plan to explore my darker side a little more.

These were taken on mainstreet where I live right before a monster thunderstorm was about to hit. I took these into photoshop and added just a little bit more creep factor to them.

I love the contrast in the brickwork!!! not keen on the outline around the building though.

That brickwork comes ALIVE when you scroll.
Whoa.
Gives me headaches ... eerie!
And since it is a "Holy Place" it's got a halo all around it?
(That halo gives away the PS added "creep factor").

Yeah the halo effect was ps'd in and just pushed the church out at you more... it does add to the creep factor. The only thing I hate about the shots is in the first picture, the churches sign. Also after I took the pics the thunder storm hit in extreme force, kinda freaked me out, kinda like something didn't like me taking the pic's. LOL!
