Graceful Petals

Ok...i am not really sure how to explain what I did for the settings on the camera...but i finally figured out how to take good close up shots. This is the first one. I wanted to capture both the grace or the lines and shades in the flower and the deeply gorgeous color. I love red.
So tell me if this is appealing
