Graduated ND Filter help with this shot?

Not really HDR, but I would like more dynamic range in the sky and shadows, this is from a timelapse, so I cant shoot multi-images and combine. I was wondering if a Graduated ND Filter help with this shot? I have the shadows at 100 percent in Lightroom on a raw file.

What sky? It's night, and it's black. A GND wouldn't help at all.

What are you wanting the sky to show?
