Grain reduction.

I'm restoring this old photograph and there's a lot of this giant dark grain in their clothing. Does anyone know of an easy way to get rid of it?

Have you tried the noise removal filter in Photoshop? It does a decent job as long as you don't blow up the image too much otherwise the image starts to look too soft. There are some good programs out there as well as tutorials. I would google it and see what you can come up with.
