Shot this beautiful bird for the first time today as I had to lie there for a couple of hours for it to come close enough to me - Hope you like it!

Nice. The first shot is really,really good. I love the low camera position, right above water level--that really adds a huge amount to the feeling of being there. The water drop falling is also wonderful.

Must be in a kayak. When the loon chicks first hatch they ride around on the backs of the adults. I really want to get that shot but as you'd expect the adults are very wary during that time.

Ghillie suit, and wrap your optics. If you have to move, move very slow ... and if you have to pee... well.. you get the idea.
