Green Market (I will love you forever if you answer)

Hello all! Now, some of you might think I'm crazy for even thinking of this idea, but I have no idea how I would ever go about this!
Sometime in the future, I think it'd be fun to sell some photos at the local green market! Lots of people love it, and there are so many local businesses that put up tables, tents, ect and get a lot of great business. I go myself to shop. Lots of local artists, produce, ect. I had the idea to set up my own place for photos! They do things like that there, so it might be fun. People love things like that around here.

Here are some of my questions:

What type of set up would be good for photos? Should I mat/frame ALL the photos?
How many should I print?
Where is the best place to print photos that come in HQ?
Any general tips?

Definitely, but do it carefully, in small script and ensure you don't cover up any important element of the image.
