Greetings From Texas

I've had a camera in my hands since I was in Junior High School. I have always loved taking pictures and capturing moments. I'm ready to come out of amateur mode and become a professional. During the past 12 years I've had a Canon EOS Rebel 2000, Kodak Easyshare Z760, and a Canon EOS Rebel t3. The last two cameras were gifts from my husband, so I want to use them to improve my skills, and make he and myself proud. I'm a Canon woman. I am currently taking the online class called "The Complete Course in Professional Photography" at The New York Institute of Photography.

I will post some pictures in about a month or two. I broke my leg three weeks ago and had to have surgery. Of course it counts if you're originally from Texas, cgipson1. LOL! I forgot to mention that I went to college for Music and Video Production. I've worked in radio as a Producer, and I was a Camera Operator recording the news programs at one of the local TV stations.
