Just wanted to introduce myself. My name's Rick.

I was involved in photography in high school but that was 8 years ago and I'm just getting back into it.

I've purchased an entry level DSLR, the Nikon D3000 w/ the 18-55mm kit lens (it arrives Friday!) Also I picked up the book "Understanding Exposure". Really insightful tips in that book.

Not sure where my passion for photography is going to end up being, as I've got such a limited time behind the camera. So I'm going to start w/ a mixture of them all.
