#1: Overall quite nice. The light seems slightly harsh on her face, and the sky is a very bright background for her hair. Her hair is cut off on top and of the right. The pose makes me think she is grabbing her breast uncomfortably.

#2: Lovely composition. Trailing hair is cut off. Some small white patches appear slightly overexposed.

I agree with Jaemie on both photos. I always like to leave enough open "blah" space as I call it around all subjects, even after I crop it. Also, for some reason in #1, the girls other arm (behind her) keeps grabbing my eye. I know this isn't something you can necessarily just fix (well, photoshop works wonders ) but I would have probably shot it with her other arm more hidden. With #2, does she have pink hair, or is that a reflection?
