As a student I was a keen amateur photographer in the 70's, then got caught up in building a career and now 30 years later I'm back and find that everything has changed but everything is also still the same.

I obviously have a lot to learn on the new digital way of doing things but the big attraction is that you can experiment and see results instantaneously. No longer off to the darkroom, developing the film and then printing pics before you know if your experiment worked. Photoshop is also a bit bewildering to me at this stage but that will come in due course.

I look forward to learning a lot from all you experts out there.
