YUMMMM.. Fried Turket. I have never had that. To scared! Is it better then traditional turkey?

What are pole beans?

This year I'm not roasting turkey. We're going to a friend's place. The only thing I'll make is baklava for desert and of course, the coffee.

All that being said, we'll have smoked turkey, all the extra makings, wine, beer, dessert and coffee. Might end up puffing a cuban with the coffee... ;)

Fried turkey is great... but only if it is cooked by someone that knows what they are doing (that would not be me lol). If over done, it gets too dry.

Pole beans.. well, its a southern term. When you have your own garden, you drive post's into the ground (poles), and run wire along them like a fence. The beans grow up the wire. We also call them snap beans. But if you get them from a tin can at the grocery store, you jsut call them green beans :p

I'll probably have a cheese sandwich.
