Busy composition. Lots going on in it. Yet for me it works. Love those powerful looking clouds, the high speed train with it's reflection in the water, and a pretty strong foreground.

Its pretty but kind if hurts my eyes.

A slow shutter with speeding train would have a better impact here...as such i liked it though
