These is one of my HDR using hdr darkroom 2.1.0. i find HDR to be a little hit and miss.
usually i shoot a bracket of 5 shots from -2ev-+2ev,
please feel free to critique.

I love it. this is what HDR was invented for. I don't like the halo though I think that's pretty easy to fix.

You might want to space out your exposures more. I usually do 5 shots about 3 shutter stops apart each and make sure one is nearly all blown out and one is nearly all black.

Also, you might want to color correct for the incandescents before creating the HDR.

I agree on the halo comment.

All that said, this is one of the better HDRs I have seen on here this week.

Compositionally, I'm a little concerned that the fence may be too distracting from the rather iconic image of the opera house. It is neat, though, and nice to see something different on a rather cliche scene. It also, however, looks like you chose to focus on the fence, so it REALLY grabs your eye... perhaps not ideal. Not sure. Something to think about.
