Headshot Critique Requested

I received some feedback here a few weeks ago regarding my first steps into fashion photography. I've been reading and researching since then and am working to improve the technical and artistic properties of my photography.

I've recently taken these headshots and hope that I can get some critical feedback regarding anything and everything.

need shallower DOF
better and more interesting expressions
if possible, keep the forehead parallel to the "film/sensor plane."
too much space above the head if this is a headshot.
Glasses/sunglasses on hair is not suitable for headshot.
