I like the pictures because of the model. #1 is my favorite, as well.

I think that a highter-than-eye-level camera angle will work better with this particular model.

You could probably improve the portraiture value by cropping out the static postures and only reveal full-face portraits.

As someone might already have said, you need to be more creative. Your sister is indeed pretty but she has this face you can really 'experiment' with on photographs. What if you get her skin white and her lips really red, and then you look for this really fitting background, I don't know...

The expression is also a bit family portrait-like. Let her think of something weird and try to capture this weird but still nice looking moment.
