Heard of Metz 44 AF-1?

I just learned about this flash. Look very interesting for an entry level unit. I love the button...
It's not clear when are they going to be available though...

"Metz flash units represent high performance technology and reliable quality" (from your link)I have to agree with this, even if it was said by Metz itself. I own two older models that have never given me any problems and flawless lighting. The link you gave mentions an expected moderate price but the question is: moderate compared to what?

Metz is not cheap but well worth it.
