Pretty spooky pic, looks like it was taken in a haunted house or something. For critique I think that it would help if the whole bottle were in the pic if that's what you were focusing on. Also if it weren't so centered that would help it too...and it's very busy. There are so many things in the pic to look at that it's confusing for the eye. It does provide good movement, but just a bit much.

perferred the second to the first...
perhaps the color is too much and you could make it into B&W? and see how the effect turns out? just a suggestion...

oh no, not heineken. It reminds me of saturday night! I had 7 of those babies in 1 hr along with 2 carlings and 2 alcopops(nope no idea either!)
