I'd like some help with post-processing the light quality on this image. Even though I kind of wanted a moody feel to the image, there's just something too matte / blah about it (or I've been messing with it too long and my eyes have glazed over). I don't want to lose details, but I'm missing some sort of "sparkle" here. Any and all suggestions are welcome. I'm working with Lightroom 4 and, right now, (as many of you already know) LR4 won't move images to an external editor like PSE 10.

Looks a tad underexposed and the white balance looks a bit off too. Just my thoughts. No guarantees.

Thanks for the comments Infinite_Day! I did try upping the exposure, but even a hair up flattened the image and started washing it out.
In what way does the white balance look off to you? As I said, I may have been staring at it on my screen for too long, but it looks OK to me.
