Hello all, new to photography and new to the forum. I've tried my hand at different art forms in the past and now Im trying my hand at photography. On an artistic level Ive always been quick to catch on I'm not really interested at doing this at a professional level, I'm just curious to see what I'm capable of and getting opinions of others on the photography projects and ideas I pursue and share. Looking forward to being part of your forum and meeting you all.

Welcome, you have an advantage on some of us in that you have an art background. Learning to use the cameras and other equipment is not nearly as hard as learning to make the photo something someone wants to look at and will enjoy.

Hey Atarifan!! I can't wait to see what you come up with. I find that artists from other mediums always tend to bring new and exciting ideas to the medium of photography!! Something that photography seems to be in desperate need of nowadays..
