Hi

Just a quick note to introduce myself.

I'm Matthew from London. I've always enjoyed taking photographs, mainly landscapes and automotive, but last year I decided to step up my efforts.

I upgraded from my trustee Canon 20D to a Canon 7DII and vowed to take the whole thing a little bit more seriously and to try to include more people in my photos. To that end I purchased a decent flash and have started to become designated photographer at family events.

I purchased the Canon 24-70mm f/4L IS USM which has been a joy so far. I have also just ordered a Sigma 24mm 1.4 Art with the intention of using it extensively on a trip to the US (NYC / San Fran / Yosemite National Park) later this year and getting into a bit of astrophotography.

Anyway, enough about me. I'll post some photos soon. Looking forward to reading and sharing tips and experiences with everyone.
