My name is Gerald, I have always had an interest in photography but never had the means to pursue it. I finally bought my first camera, a Nikon d40. I didn't want to overspend to get started and from what I have seen so far it is a great camera for what I do which is take pictures of my family. I hope to learn from everyone here.
