Hi! I'm from Virginia (although originally from Queens/Long Island, NY.) I did a little photography in HS and College (pre digital....I'm old enough to have used a Kodak Instamatic and the Polaroid what spit out pix that developed in your hand.) Since college while I've always have had camera I didn't do much with them..recently I've gotten back interested in it and (as I've mentioned on the beginner board) have just invested in my first DSLR camera a Nikon 3100.
