Hello from Arkansas

Hi! Im Miranda. I just finished my Associates of Applied Science in Allied Health Degree and Im waiting to take my big test!

I plan to work with children! I dont know if I want to work in a NICU somewhere or at a children's hospital! I know I just want to help children!

I am also into photography! Ive had an interest in photography since I was about 12 years old. I use to carry around disposable cameras everywhere! My friends HATED THAT! :lol:

I got my Sony a230 in May 2010 (Ready for a canon or a nikon!) and Ive been trying to teach myself how to use it ever since! I have trouble teaching myself. I have tried to ask Photographers around here where I live for help, but only a few will help. Some of them have only been doing this as long as I have though and can not help me much. Others however are rude. So I thought today I would see if there was a forum where I can seek some help! Ive taken a class at a local camera store (Bedford's) but I still have problems with the Manual mode, which drives me crazy!
Anyways, other things about me. I have a daughter who just turned four. She HATES my camera! haha. I love eating new places, taking trips (When I have money. Im broke because of college!), doing crafts (love making diaper cakes), baking, watching Big Brother, and anything with vampires in it (I know thats teen stuff, but what can I say? I love it!), and I love making birthday party invitations and stuff using photoshop!
