Hello from Croatia (Europe, near Italy)

My name is Andrej, 23 years old.
I'm living in Rijeka, Croatia, Europe , a country near Italy, Austria, Bosnia, Serbia, you name it, and we are near everybody.
I am a student of electrical engineering at University Trieste, Italy.

My passion is photography.


I prefer digital photography. Boh, I do not know what more to say.

I came to this forum because in June i'll come in Detroit and i would like to buy some Canon lenses and 1 flash, also canon.

So i'm interested to find the most economic, cheapeast, way to buy lenses and the flash. I saw the prices on site http://www.bhphotovideo.com, and they are more than ok.

So, is there a shop in down Town or near, maybe Canada, that is cheap, meaning - that they have similar prices as BhPhoto?

Actually, B&H has better prices than most walk in retail stores. If you are here long enough, you might consider ordering from B&H and have the items delivered to where you stay while here.

@Doug, yes there are many Croatian people who moved to the States, Canada, Australia, Chile, Argentina etc.

But i think that the best place to live is where are you born...
