hi guys . roger here and i'm new to higher end of digital photography .just bought a nikon d5000 and a nikkormat 18-200 lens . in the beginning of -70 si had a nikon with 3 lenses but i cant remember which one . anyway , these cameras are just fantastic , don't you think . so basically i'm starting all over again so if you could keep coming with great ideas that a "pensioned clicker" can make use of i'll be forever greatfull . see you around roger

That 18-200 lens is great as a all purpose, never miss a shot lens. But for shooting in low or natural light check out the 35mm f/1.8 for around $200ish. I bought one and it rarely comes off my D40. It's a fantastic lens for the money.
