Hello from Philadelphia

Your first assignment is City Hall. According to the architects, Philly's City Hall is the tallest non-skyscraper in the world. They define a skyscraper as a structure where the upper floors are supported by an internal skeleton, usually steel. The upper floors in City Hall are supported by the walls of the lower floors. Consequently, the walls of the first floor are twenty feet thick, the second floor walls are eighteen feet thick, etc.
