Hello From SoCal

Most of my photography is taken outdoors and more of a way to document our trips than anything resembling art. I bought a D70s when they first came out and played with it a little bit. I didn't get the results I wanted, so I set it to auto, took pictures and lived with disappointing photos.

I picked up several lenses over the years and recently have been thinking about learning more about photography and updating my camera, which lead me to this site.

So you can expect perfect examples of lousy photography, and the usual dumb questions that accompanies them. I'm determined to get things figured out this time.
