Hello from South Florida!

Hello everyone! Name is Mat, I'm from South Florida just a bit North of the Palm Beach area. I've been into photography for as long as I can remember, I would always pick up a camera and snap away. I recently picked up a Nikon D3000 which I feel is quite good for an entry level DSLR, though I am already looking for a second camera to take the primary spot. I previously used a Canon Rebel EOS 35mm which I was so so with. I enjoyed using the older Nikon EM more and decided to go with Nikon for my digital as well. I shoot just about anything that sparks my interest from cars to people and the scenery in between. I intend to stick around this forum for a long time as it seems to have a pretty freindly atmosphere and some well knowledgeable people.

Thanks, I just picked up the 35-70 and the 70-210. I've got some other stuff I plan on picking up in the near future.

What kind of set up do you have?

you've got from 35-200 covered twice... how come?

I know lol I just picked up the 35-70 and the 70-210 I got a good deal on them and couldn't pass it up. I plan on putting one of the two pairs on the secondary camera when I pick up the new. Sounds kind of funny but I have a reason to my madness. I was just mearly listing what I currently have not so much what I will be using all at once.

haha One day down the road I probably will. Hell I may just give a set to my girlfriend to use since she's pretty interested in photography as well. So we'll see what happens man.
