Hello from Spokane WA!

Hi Everyone!

Recently I decided to get into photography. In the past I owned a Minolta 7000, then a Minolta x707si (still have) and recently purchased a Sony NEX5n. I was considering a replacement SLR for the Minolta such as the Sony 65 so I can use my SLR lenses but bought the NEX liking the idea of a compact camera. I must say I am really enjoying what that has to offer. So I have had it about a month and have since purchased 3 lenses from eBay for it. All Nikon Ai-s lenses and they are as follows; a 55mm f2.8, 105mm f2.5 and a 200mm f/4. I have also picked up a 2x teleconverter for fun and a pk-13 extension tube for the 55mm. It will provide 1:1 for macro. So far with the manual lenses I am learning a lot and having fun. I am hoping to learn a lot here and also looking forward to meeting new people...
