Hi my name is yosi.... recently bought a DSLR an upgrade from point and shoot camera. A friend told me this forum would be a great place to start for a beginner as myself. Hopefully I could learn alot from you guys as I start my journey into the world of photography. Nice to meet you all in TPF!!

Hello and what you using and what do you plan on shooting????

Hi everyone thanks for the replies... Im using the Canon Rebel XS with kit lense 18-55mm and the telephoto lense 75-300mm. From what i understand the telephoto lense is a cheap lense and its not very sharp, so I use the 18-55mm more. I like to fully learn with my lenses before upgrading, any suggestions?? thx in advanced...

where in the inland empire do yu live..i live in fontana. we have the same camera and lens im also a newbie lol
