Hello from Utah

I was very interested in photography back in high school. Enlisted in the Navy and had my gear stolen. Pretty much killed any inclination of photography. fast forward 30 years and now getting interested in photography again and thus learning it all over again. Plus I'm learning the functions of a digital camera. I've had various point and shoots. Basically just the kiddie snapshots. I'm at the point now where I want to use my K200D for something other than point and shoot. Hope to learn from all you guys! Thanks.

This IS a great spot to get ideas from !! - Welcome !! (Jealous - I love shooting in Utah! Spent a couple weeks last year shooting in Moab and Escalante..)
