Hello Hello, New to the site.

Hi there...My name is Whitney and as you probably could have guessed, I am new to this website. I've been doing a bit of experimental photography for a while. (Nothing major; I'm no professional) I really enjoy photography and being able to express myself in that way. I am hoping to expand my knowledge of photography with help from you all! I currently have a Nikon D40 camera. I am currently looking into other brands though. The colors in my photos seems kind of dull. (I know the D40 is a basic starter camera, so that may add into it too) I am also hoping to get some ideas for better gear, so I can expand! It may take a while; this hobby is expensive! But, I'll get there eventually!
