Hello, I am Laura!
I had born there, I live here, and travel everywhere... I am a world citizen... I speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, and some Chinese and Italian.
Today I got my first camera, a Canon EOS 500D, and I am in love with it, I don´t have a clue how it works, but I will discovery it...
All advices/suggestions are welcome... and if you want to know more about me... just ask me

Dear Laura,
remove the front camera cap,
remove the lens cap,
attach the lens to the camera,
insert the battery into the camera
insert the memory card into the camera
turn the camera on green
remove the front lens cap
& have a wonderful time shooting.
Once you get bored of what camera does, you can ask more detailed Qs on camera operation and what each function does.
Oh, and somewhere in the settings, there should be an option to shoot JPGs at highest size and quality - make sure it is high :thumbup:
