Hello everyone. I thought I would post a new message on here as I am new. These forum things are new to me as well as photography.
I have recently decided to dive into the photography thing. It is funny because I used to work in a photo lab for many years (back when film was popular) and my girl friends and I would always go out and take LOTS of pictures for fun. Probably like 3 or more rolls per weekend. After I was laid off, I worked a part time job for a company doing newborn pictures. Didn't care for the hours much or the rules. (they required me to take photos in certain positions and would review them to make sure you followed directions). So, I decided to purchase my first real camera.
I hope to learn from everyone on the forum and I hope that some of you will be willing to help me with advice. I look forward to meeting some of you and seeing everyone's great photos.
