Hi! Im Juan Carlos from Puerto Rico. I've been wanting to get into photography for a while now, and taking an art appreciation class this trimester really pushed me to do something about it. Since then Ive been learning a lot about this world... two months back I'd thought a dslr was just a glorified point and shoot, so I first bought a nikon coolpix L110 (black friday advertisement XD)...yeah, after learning some more I knew that I needed a dslr because of what they can do. So returned the coolpix and bought a D5000... and been extremely happy with it. So yeah, Im brand new to all this... but hey, we were all newbies at some point. Hoping to share my work with you guys.
